Lessons from ICFP 2003
I joined one (I think there were some more) Ruby team and tried my best to actually solve the problem (it soon became apparent that we wouldn’t have to worry about winning but rather about being able to submit something at all). This means I interrupted "real life" for almost 72 hours, staying in the net for around 55 hours during that weekend.
